Guild, headquartered in Denver with flexible remote options, seeks a Senior Workday Manager to own the configuration, administration, and ongoing operation of Workday and related systems.
You will partner with stakeholders to define requirements, deliver scalable solutions, and drive continuous improvements while mentoring a small team.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise systems.
- Proven track record of leading improvement projects with measurable results.
- Translate requirements into scalable system configurations.
- Experience leading a small team, including hiring and coaching.
- Knowledge of SOC II compliance and audit support.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Responsabilités
- Own configuration, admin, and day-to-day Workday operations.
- Design, configure, and maintain system functionality; deliver enhancements.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality.
- Identify and implement process automation and stay current on releases.
