Job summary

Guild is seeking a Senior Workday Manager to own configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related People Systems. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reliable solutions, balancing data integrity with business process alignment.

Qualifications

5-7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise systems.
Proven track record of leading improvement projects with measurable results.
Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate requirements into configurations.
Experience leading and developing a small team, including hiring and performance management.
Knowledge of SOC II compliance and supporting audits with access and change controls.
Knowledge of Agile or iterative project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

Own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of the systems.
Design, configure, and maintain system functionality, diagnose issues, and deliver enhancements and releases.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and ensure quality through testing.
Identify and implement process and automation improvements, and stay current on system updates.
