Job summary

Guild seeks a Senior Workday Manager to own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related HR systems. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver solutions, ensure data integrity, and drive improvements across the functional area.

The role requires guiding a small team, advancing automation, and staying current with system updates. This position offers comprehensive compensation, including stock options, with roles open across the United States.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years configuring, administering, and supporting one or more enterprise systems within a functional area.
• Proven track record leading improvement projects with measurable gains in efficiency or service quality.
• Strong understanding of business processes; translate requirements into scalable configurations.
• Experience leading and coaching a small team, including hiring and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related systems, ensuring reliability and data integrity.
• Design, configure, and maintain system functionality; diagnose issues and deliver enhancements and releases.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and validate quality through testing.
• Identify and implement process and automation improvements; stay current on system updates and releases.
