Guild is seeking a Senior Workday Manager to own configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related systems. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver scalable solutions, and ensure data integrity across the platform.

This role emphasizes process improvement, audits readiness, and leadership of a small team. Remote-friendly with nationwide scope across the US; base salary range $150,000–$190,000 plus stock options.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years configuring and supporting enterprise systems.
• Proven lead on improvement projects.
• Strong business process understanding.
• Experience leading a small team.
• SOC II compliance knowledge.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies.
