Job summary

Guild is seeking a Senior Workday Manager to own configuration, administration, integration, and support for Workday and other People Systems. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and ensure quality across the functional area.

The base salary ranges from $150,000 to $190,000 with stock options. This role supports teams across the US, including CT, with potential for remote work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years configuring, administering, and supporting one or more enterprise business systems.
• Proven track record leading improvement projects with measurable results in operational efficiency or service quality.
• Experience leading a small team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related systems.
• Design, configure, and maintain system functionality; diagnose issues; deliver enhancements and releases.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality through testing.
• Identify and implement process and automation improvements; stay current on updates.
