Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise systems in a functional area.
• Experience leading a small team, hiring, coaching, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and other People Systems.
• Design, configure, and maintain system functionality; diagnose issues and deliver enhancements.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality through testing.
• Identify and implement process and automation improvements; stay current on system updates.
