Job summary

Guild is seeking a Senior Workday Manager to own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related systems. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver robust solutions, and ensure quality through testing.

Bring 5–7 years of enterprise system experience, a track record of driving process improvements, and leadership of a small team. Knowledge of SOC II controls and Agile methodologies is essential, with a willingness to stay current on

Qualifications

5-7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise systems within a functional area.
Proven track record leading improvement projects with measurable results.
Strong understanding of business processes and translating requirements into scalable configurations.
Experience leading and developing a small team, including hiring and coaching.
Knowledge of SOC II compliance and audits with access/change controls.
Knowledge of Agile or iterative project methodologies.

Responsibilities

Own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related systems.
Design, configure, and maintain system functionality; diagnose issues and deliver enhancements.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality through testing.
Identify and implement process and automation improvements and stay current on updates.
