Zusammenfassung

Guild seeks a Senior Manager, People Tech to own Workday configuration, administration, and ongoing operation, ensuring reliable, compliant processes across the organization. You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions while leading a small team and driving continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes security, audits, and iterative delivery, with a compensation package reflecting market norms and a strong emphasis on equal pay and transparent growth

Qualifikationen

Minimum 5–7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise systems.
Proven track record leading improvement projects with measurable results in efficiency or quality.
Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable system configurations.
Experience leading and developing a small team, including coaching and performance management.
Knowledge of SOC II compliance and audits, plus familiarity with agile methodologies.

Aufgaben

Own Workday configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation, ensuring reliability and data integrity.
Design, configure, and maintain system functionality; diagnose issues and deliver enhancements.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality through testing.
Identify and implement process and automation improvements; stay current on updates.
