Job summary

Guild is seeking a Senior Manager, People Tech to own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related systems. You will design, configure, and maintain system functionality, diagnose issues, and deliver enhancements.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, test solutions, and ensure high quality delivery. You will lead improvements and automation initiatives, stay current on updates, and guide a small team through hiring, coaching, and

Qualifications

5–7 years configuring and supporting enterprise systems.
Proven track record leading improvement projects with measurable results.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable configurations.
Experience leading a small team including hiring and coaching.
Knowledge of SOC II compliance and audits.
Knowledge of Agile project management.

Responsibilities
