Job summary

Guild is seeking a Senior Manager, People Tech to own Workday configuration and day-to-day operations, ensuring reliability and data integrity while aligning to business processes. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

You will lead a small team, drive continuous improvement, manage audits and compliance, and stay current with system updates. The role supports a nationwide footprint with some remote options across the US, with headquarters in

Qualifications

Minimum of 5-7 years configuring, administering, and supporting one or more enterprise business systems.
Proven track record leading improvement projects with measurable efficiency gains.
Strong understanding of business processes and translating requirements into scalable configurations.
Experience leading and developing a small team, including hiring and coaching.
Knowledge of SOC II compliance and audits with access and change controls.
Knowledge of Agile or other iterative project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

Own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of the systems.
Design, configure, and maintain system functionality, diagnose and resolve issues, and deliver enhancements and releases.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend solutions within the functional area, and ensure quality through testing.
Identify and implement process and automation improvements within the functional area, and stay current on system updates and releases.
