Job summary

Guild is seeking a Senior Workday Manager, People Tech, to own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related systems across the business. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and ensure quality in the functional area, while leading a small team and staying current on system updates.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5-7 years configuring, administering, and supporting one or more enterprise business systems within a functional area.
Proven track record of leading improvement projects with measurable results in operational efficiency or service quality.
Strong understanding of business processes, with the ability to translate requirements into scalable system configurations.

Responsibilities

Own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related systems, ensuring reliability and data integrity.
Design, configure, and maintain system functionality; diagnose issues and deliver enhancements.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality through testing.
