Job summary

Guild is seeking a Senior Workday Manager in the United States to own configuration, administration, and ongoing support for Workday and related People Systems. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver scalable solutions, and ensure quality through testing.

You will lead a small team, drive continuous improvement, and stay current on system updates, with compensation transparency and a strong focus on equal pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise systems.
• Proven track record leading improvement projects with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of business processes and scalable configurations.
• Experience leading a small team including coaching and performance management.
• Knowledge of SOC II compliance and audits; access and change controls.
• Familiarity with Agile or iterative project management.

Responsibilities

• Own the Workday configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation.
• Design, configure, maintain system functionality, diagnose issues, deliver enhancements.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality via testing.
• Identify and implement process and automation improvements; stay current with updates.
