Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Payroll HRIS Analyst to lead design, configuration, and optimization of Workday Payroll for U.S. and Canada operations.

You will partner with Payroll and HRIS teams to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement across a complex payroll environment. You will oversee testing, deployments, and updates, support Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, and other modules, and guide cross-functional

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5+ years HRIS experience with hands-on Workday Payroll configuration.
• Experience supporting multi-state or multi-country payroll.
• Workday Payroll Certification preferred.

• Design, configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Payroll for U.S. and Canada.
• Partner with Payroll, HRIS, Benefits, Time Tracking, IT to translate requirements into Workday solutions.

• Evaluate functionality and recommend enhancements and automation.
