Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Payroll HRIS Analyst to design, configure, and optimize Workday Payroll for U.S. and Canada. You will serve as the primary HRIS partner to Payroll, ensuring solutions meet business requirements, compliance, and a complex payroll environment.

You will collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, Benefits, Time Tracking, IT, and other stakeholders to translate needs into scalable Workday configurations, lead testing, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on Workday Payroll configuration experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent.
• Five+ years' HRIS experience across complex payroll environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and optimize Workday Payroll for U.S. and Canada.
• Partner with Payroll, HRIS, Benefits, and IT to align solutions.
• Lead testing for releases, updates, and integrations.
