Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Senior Payroll HRIS Analyst to lead design, configuration, and ongoing support of Workday Payroll for U.S. and Canada. You will partner with Payroll, HRIS, Benefits, and IT to translate complex requirements into scalable Workday solutions.

The role requires deep Workday Payroll expertise and analytical skills to ensure compliant, accurate payroll operations across multi-state contexts. This is a full-time role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• Five or more years of HRIS experience with hands-on Workday Payroll configuration for complex payroll environments.
• Five or more years of experience supporting large, multi-state and/or multi-country payroll operations. Workday Payroll Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Workday Payroll HRIS SME for US and Canada payroll operations.
• Partner with Payroll leadership and cross-functional teams to design scalable Workday solutions.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex payroll system issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Lead Workday testing activities for system enhancements, releases, and regulatory changes.
• Support payroll-related configuration across Workday modules including Benefits, Compensation, Absence, reporting, and integrations.
