Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Payroll HRIS Analyst to lead Workday Payroll design, configuration, and support for U.S. and Canada.

You will partner with Payroll, HRIS, Benefits, Time Tracking, IT, and other stakeholders to deliver accurate, compliant payroll solutions and continuous improvements across multiple states and countries. • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of HRIS experience with hands-on Workday Payroll configuration.
• Experience supporting multi-state and multi-country payroll operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday Payroll for US/Canada.
• Lead testing for enhancements, releases, and regulatory changes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate into scalable Workday solutions.
