Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Payroll HRIS Analyst to design, configure, and optimize Workday Payroll for US and Canada. You will partner with Payroll, HRIS, Benefits, IT, and others to translate complex payroll needs into scalable Workday solutions and ensure compliance.

The role requires deep Workday Payroll expertise, strong analytical abilities, and experience leading testing, system updates, and process improvements across Payroll and related modules.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Five (5) years or more experience in HRIS with hands-on Workday Payroll configuration.
• Five (5) years or more experience supporting multi-state and multi-country payroll.
• Workday Payroll Certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary Workday Payroll HRIS SME for US/Canada payroll.
• Design, configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Payroll functionality.
• Lead testing activities for updates, releases, and regulatory changes.
• Analyze requirements and translate into scalable Workday configurations.
• Support related Workday modules and automate processes when possible.
