Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Payroll HRIS Analyst to lead Workday Payroll configuration and support for U.S. and Canada.

This role partners with Payroll, HRIS, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, IT, and other stakeholders to align Workday solutions with business needs and regulatory requirements. You will own design and testing, including pay components, calculated fields, and updates across semi-annual releases, ensuring accuracy and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• Five or more years of HRIS experience with hands-on Workday Payroll configuration.
• Five or more years supporting multi-state or multi-country payroll operations; Workday Payroll Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, maintain and optimize Workday Payroll for U.S. and Canada.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
• Lead testing activities for system enhancements and semi-annual Workday releases.
• Troubleshoot complex payroll issues and implement sustainable fixes.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, IT and other stakeholders.
• Support Payroll-related configuration across Workday modules and reporting.
