Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Senior Payroll HRIS Analyst to own Workday Payroll for U.S. and Canada.

This role partners with Payroll, HRIS, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, IT, and more to translate business needs into scalable Workday configurations and compliant payroll solutions. The successful candidate will lead testing for semi-annual Workday releases, manage complex payroll configurations (pay components, calculated fields, rules, eligibility, and accumulations), and drive continuous

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in related field.
Five (5) years or more experience in HRIS with hands-on Workday Payroll configuration experience.
Five (5) years or more experience supporting large, multi-state and/or multi-country payroll operations. Workday Payroll Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Workday Payroll HRIS expert for US and Canada payroll.
Partner with Payroll and cross-functional teams to design scalable Workday solutions.
Analyze issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
Lead Workday testing for releases, updates, and regulatory changes.
Support payroll-related configuration across Workday modules and reporting.
