Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Payroll HRIS Analyst to design, configure, and optimize Workday Payroll for U.S. and Canada. The role partners with Payroll, HRIS, Benefits, and IT to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions and lead testing for deployments and regulatory changes.

The ideal candidate has deep Workday Payroll expertise, strong payroll process knowledge, and a track record of driving continuous improvement across a complex payroll environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of HRIS experience with Workday Payroll configuration.
• Experience supporting US and Canada payroll operations.
• Workday Payroll Certification, preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary Workday Payroll HRIS expert for design, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday Payroll for U.S. and Canada.
• Partner with Payroll, HRIS, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, IT, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into Workday config solutions.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex payroll system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Lead Workday testing for system enhancements, releases, payroll updates, and regulatory changes; develop test scenarios and document results.
• Support payroll-related configuration across Workday modules including Benefits, Compensation, Absence, reporting, and other payroll-impacting areas.
• Evaluate Workday functionality and industry best practices to propose enhancements, automation, and process improvements.
