Pegasus Knowledge Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate, Technologist in Racine, WI to support our Learning & Development strategy using Workday functionality.

You will collaborate with HRIS and L&D teams to ensure effective delivery of enterprise learning programs and data-driven insights. The role emphasizes optimizing Workday Learning workflows, producing reports, and ensuring data integrity while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and auditors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with HRIS systems, preferred Workday Learning.
• 1+ years experience with HRIS Learning modules and reporting.
• 1+ years experience managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Experience in system testing, implementation, and process improvement within HR technology.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HRIS and L&D teams to implement and optimize Workday Learning functionalities aligned with business goals.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Workday Learning workflows, ensuring smooth system operation and user accessibility.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor learning program effectiveness and compliance.
• Support learning program implementation, including content uploads, course assignments, and data integrity checks.
• Partner with Organizational Learning teams to assess system capabilities and recommend enhancements to improve user experience.
• Provide technical support for Workday Learning, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system updates.
• Work with auditors to run compliance reports and provide training records.
• Support Enterprise Learning and Development Programs, including Train the Trainer, New Hire Orientation & Enterprise Program Administration.
• Stay up to date with Workday system updates and industry best practices to recommend process improvements.
