Job summary

Charter Manufacturing is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support Workday across HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Learning, and more. This hybrid role in Mequon, Wisconsin, balances front-line support with project work and analytics to enhance HR processes and end-user experiences.

You will troubleshoot, test, and release Workday enhancements, while developing hands-on configuration expertise and clear end-user documentation for a growing HRIS team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or commensurate experience.
• Three+ years of experience with Workday technology.
• Workday configuration experience involving break/fix resolutions, enhancements, and release functionality.
• A service-first approach focused on the end-user experience.
• Project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline Workday HRIS support to HR users and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot break/fix issues and assist with testing and releases.
• Translate HR business needs into functional system requirements.
• Develop clear documentation and end-user training materials.
• Support reporting, dashboards, and analytics across Workday modules.
• Lead or support HRIS-enabled projects and process improvements.
