DeWinter Group is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to optimize Workday configurations and enhancements, ensuring data integrity and compliant HR processes. This onsite role collaborates with HR, IT, and business leaders to translate needs into scalable Workday solutions.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of Workday experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record of successful implementations or upgrades within a fast-moving environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience in configuration, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes and Workday modules.
• Proven experience supporting or leading Workday implementations or upgrades.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with HR data privacy, security, and regulations such as SOX and GDPR.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a subject matter expert in Workday HCM, Compensation, Talent & Performance, and Security.
• Lead system configuration, process optimization, and support new feature rollouts.
• Manage and maintain data integrity through audits, reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate on enterprise initiatives, including module implementations and business process redesigns.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and support ongoing maintenance.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions that promote efficiency and compliance.
