Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to support the HRIS Manager and administer HR systems, including Workday HCM, time-tracking, and learning management. The role involves end-user support, issue remediation, and assisting with system enhancements.

You will test Workday releases, gather requirements for improvements, and build documentation for HR end users, ensuring accurate reporting and data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Workday business processes and reporting.
• Experience completing mass updates to system data (Workday EIBs).
• Strong data analysis and Excel proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for daily functional support of HR systems including Workday HCM, time-tracking, and learning management.
• Manage issues in the HRIS help ticket queue; provide troubleshooting, issue remediation, and escalation management.
• Support Workday releases by testing new functionality, identifying opportunities to enhance our environment, and performing regression testing.
• Develop reports based on business needs and requirements.
• Build and maintain business process/design documentation for HR end users.
