Public Partnerships LLC is seeking a Workday Systems Business Analyst to optimize our Workday platform and processes. You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, managers, and leaders to ensure accurate workforce data, effective system functionality, and scalable HR operations.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of HRIS/Workday experience.
• Three+ years supporting Workday Benefits, Absence, and Compensation.
• Experience with Workday reporting, system administration, data quality, and end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Workday support resource with HR, Payroll and IT.
• Maintain system configuration, QA, and data validation across modules.
• Support Workday processes and security administration.
• Provide end-user training and documentation updates.
• Participate in Workday releases, testing, and deployment activities.
