RaceTrac is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to support the HRIS Manager in administering Workday HCM, time-tracking, and learning management systems. You will troubleshoot end-user issues, manage the help ticket queue, and participate in regression testing for major Workday releases.

You will develop reports, document business processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement enhancements and automation opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Workday business processes and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary daily functional support for Workday HCM, time-tracking, and LMS.
• Manage the HRIS help ticket queue, provide end-user troubleshooting and escalation.
• Support major Workday releases with testing and regression checks.
• Develop reports and document business processes for HR end users.
