Job summary

Rentokil is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to lead Workday and related HR technology, translating complex requests into automated, user-friendly solutions that enhance the end-user experience.

You will own Workday administration, security and data migrations, drive UAT cycles, mentor junior analysts, and partner with HR stakeholders to evolve the technology roadmap across the business.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in Workday HRIS administration and configuration.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with HR systems and employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR technology portfolio and roadmap with HRIS leadership and stakeholders.
• Own and execute Workday system administration, security, and configurations.
• Lead UAT cycles including test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Mentor junior HRIS Analysts and provide functional support.
• Develop documentation and data workflows for business processes.
