Job summary

Allied Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to optimize Workday functionality and drive HR technology initiatives. You will work with HR, IT, and vendors to enhance processes, ensure data integrity, and support system upgrades.

Responsibilities include maintaining Workday modules (Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking), leading small projects, delivering complex reports and dashboards, and mentoring junior analysts. A BS/BA and 5+ years Workday experience are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday configuration, security, data reporting and development.
• Full life cycle experience from requirements to upgrade and deployment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with HR domain knowledge.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• System Maintenance & System Support – configure, maintain, and support Workday modules (HCM, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time Tracking, Learning).
• System Development & Enhancements – gather requirements, design scalable processes, manage small-to-mid HRIS projects, support release management.
• Reporting & Analytics – develop complex Workday reports and dashboards, provide insights and metrics.
