Job summary

You will work closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT and business teams to maintain HR systems, improve processes and support effective use of Workday across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration and maintenance of Workday HRIS.
• Assist with Workday configuration, business processes and system enhancements.
• Gather and document HRIS and functional requirements from business stakeholders.
• Support Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits and Payroll.
• Monitor HR system data, integrations and process accuracy.
• Assist with data loads, validation, reconciliation and data quality activities.
• Participate in system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release testing.
• Troubleshoot HRIS issues and coordinate resolution with technical and functional teams.
• Support Workday updates, enhancements and new feature releases.
• Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards and system documentation.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and business teams on process improvements.
