Job summary

WeDriveU is seeking a Workday Technical Integration Lead to provide internal technical leadership for the Workday implementation across the organization. You will oversee design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation of integrations between Workday and internal/external systems.

The role requires strong integration architecture expertise, collaboration with IT, HR, payroll and security, and the ability to manage multiple vendors and deliverables within a 12–18 month fixed term.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• At least seven years of enterprise integrations experience.
• At least four years of direct Workday integration experience.
• Experience leading a Workday implementation lifecycle.
• Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong data mapping, transformation, and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal technical lead for Workday integrations and architecture.
• Design, build, test, deploy, and document inbound/outbound Workday integrations.
• Review designs for security, scalability, and Workday standards.
• Coordinate with IT, HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and vendors.
• Lead technical troubleshooting, monitoring, and post-go-live support.
