Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Workday Developer to join our technology team. You will design, code, test, and maintain Workday integrations including EIBs and Core Connectors, and contribute to upgrade efforts.

The role requires 4+ years of software engineering with 2+ years in HR systems, plus hands-on Workday development experience. You will collaborate with mid-level managers and peers to deliver reliable solutions on time.

Qualifications

4+ years of software engineering experience.
2+ years HR systems experience (Workday preferred).
2+ years of business systems analysis/design.
1+ year of Workday development with integrations (EIBs, Studio).

Responsibilities

Lead moderately complex initiatives within technical domain environments.
Support planning and sizing of development items for sprint planning.
Contribute to large scale planning of strategies.
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs in the technology domain.
Develop, configure, and maintain Workday integrations.
Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures.
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet client needs.
Collaborate with peers and managers to resolve challenges and achieve goals.
Lead projects and act as an escalation point with guidance to staff.
