Job summary

WeDriveU is seeking a Workday Implementation Project Manager to lead the internal coordination, governance, and execution of the company’s Workday implementation.

You will manage the overall project plan, coordinate across WeDriveU, Workday, the implementation partner, third-party vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and budget. The role emphasizes accountability, risk management, and executive reporting throughout a fixed-term engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Human Resources, Information Systems, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of project or program management involving enterprise systems, HR tech, payroll, finance, or transformation.
• Experience leading at least one Workday implementation or similar cloud ERP project.
• Experience managing multi-workstream initiatives with vendors and executives.
• Strong ability to develop and manage detailed integrated project plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal coordination, governance, and execution of the Workday implementation.
• Maintain integrated project plan across functional, technical, data, testing, training, change management, payroll, security, and deployment streams.
• Establish governance, cadence, escalation, and reporting; track milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, Workday, implementation partner, vendors, and internal resources.
• Ensure alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and business objectives; manage risks and issues.
