Job summary
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required from an accredited institution.
- 10+ years of IT experience.
- Overall 7+ years of experience in Workday HCM Integrations implementations, roll-outs and support.
- Strong Workday Studio experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage HR IT applications including Workday, UKG, Concur, Oracle, SAP, and EDW and ensure integration performance.
- Develop data analytics capabilities with Palantir and Power BI for HR insights.
- Lead cross-functional projects to deploy or enhance HR technology solutions.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for projects.
- Troubleshoot Workday integrations and data integrity issues.
- Mentor junior team members and stay current with Workday releases.
