Job summary

WeDriveU is seeking an experienced Workday Functional Consultant to serve as the internal functional lead for the company's Workday implementation. This role partners with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Operations, Finance, IT, and the implementation partner to translate business requirements into practical Workday solutions.

The successful candidate will lead discovery, design, configuration reviews, testing, data validation, and training preparation, ensuring the new system

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven ability to map business processes to system configurations.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating to system solutions.
• Strong facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal Workday implementation as the functional lead.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Operations, Finance, IT, and partner teams.
• Drive discovery sessions, design workshops, and configuration discussions.
• Develop functional requirements, process designs, and testing scenarios.
• Maintain and document requirements, configurations, and issue logs.
• Support data mapping, conversions, and validation activities.
