Job summary

WeDriveU is seeking an experienced Workday Functional Consultant to serve as the internal functional lead for the company's Workday implementation. This hands‑on role will partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Operations, Finance, IT, and the implementation partner to translate business requirements into practical and scalable Workday solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of HRIS/workday-related experience.
• At least three years of direct Workday functional experience.
• Experience in at least one full Workday implementation lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Workday configuration, security, reporting, and testing.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal functional lead for Workday implementation.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Operations, Finance, IT, and stakeholders.
• Lead discovery sessions, design workshops, and configuration discussions.
• Translate requirements into functional designs, processes, and testing.
• Review configurations for alignment with requirements and practices.
• Develop training materials and support post go-live stabilization.
