Job summary

PNC seeks an HR System Solution Architect Senior within its HR Information Systems organization. Based across multiple cities, you will own Workday configuration, drive the roadmap, and mentor teammates while partnering with HR, Payroll and Talent teams.

You will translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions, ensure governance, and guide adoption of bi-annual releases to enhance employee experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Expertise in at least one major Workday module (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, HCM Core, Recruiting, Talent, Learning).
• Strong knowledge of Workday configuration, business processes, reporting, and security.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design and implement HRIS platforms and provide SME guidance.
• Lead end-to-end Workday configuration with quality design and deployments.
• Mentor HRIS colleagues and collaborate across HR, Payroll, Talent and other functions.
