Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Expertise in at least one major Workday module (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, HCM Core, Recruiting, Talent, Learning).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday configuration with a focus on high-quality design.
• Conduct functional QA and governance for deployments.
• Analyze and design HRIS platforms and processes.
• Mentor HRIS colleagues and collaborate with HR, Payroll, Talent.
