Job summary

PDS Health in Irvine, CA is seeking a seasoned Workday Solution Architect to translate complex requirements into scalable Workday configurations, integrations, and reporting. You will partner with functional SMEs to craft secure, maintainable solutions across Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Advanced Compensation.

This role drives architectural consistency, reviews designs, and enforces standards for performance and security.

Qualifications

7+ years of Workday experience across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience establishing architecture governance across multiple platforms.
Proven experience designing end-to-end integrations using API-led or event-driven patterns.

Responsibilities

Translate functional requirements into Workday solutions and BP configurations.
Design, build, and optimize advanced custom reports and dashboards.
Configure Workday business processes across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation.
Design and implement Workday security models and domain policies.
Develop integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and Workday APIs.
Implement API-based integrations with OAuth 2.0 and SAML.
Apply XSLT transformations for data exchange.
Lead architectural governance and ensure standards across platforms.
