We are seeking an experienced HRIS Workday HCM Solution Architect to contribute to the success of the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) function. This role will be instrumental in developing solutions that align with our HR and Payroll needs. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of end-to-end processes and the technical acumen to configure and customize Workday to support complex organizational requirements.
Primary Responsibilities:
- System Administration: Lead the administration of the Workday system, including system configuration, maintaining security, data audits and corrections, and introducing new functionality.
- System Enhancements and Automation: Support the design, building, testing, implementation, and troubleshooting of system enhancements and automation projects, including Core Connectors, EIB, and Technical Reporting to support custom solutions across business processes. Ensure data processing accuracy and process alignment for smooth workflows.
- Collaboration: Consult with departments such as Program HR, Recruiting, Payroll, and IS to develop cooperation and support project requirements and specifications.
- Data and Process Management: Regularly evaluate existing integrations, perform data audits and validation, and collaborate with teams for corrections. Conduct requirements reviews with HRIS and functional departments, proactively developing and modifying processes to meet business needs and improve efficiency. Implement best practices and continuously improve processes for scalability and efficiency.
- Compliance and Data Privacy: Understand and oversee compliance with regulatory requirements, HR laws, and data privacy standards. Ensure Workday and integrated systems adhere to data security protocols. Follow change control and approval processes when updating employee records and system configurations.
