Job summary

PNC is seeking an experienced Solution Architect for HRIS to lead Workday configurations and enhancements across multiple locations. Based in Columbus, OH or other listed states, you will partner with stakeholders to optimize HRIS processes and deliver strategic HR technology solutions.

Responsibilities include configuring Workday modules, maintaining system changes, and guiding end-to-end HRIS initiatives while ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years configuring and supporting a major Workday module.
• 3+ years hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, designs and implements the HRIS platform to support business objectives.
• Consults on HRIS evaluation, design and related projects.
• Reviews data input, output and reports for accuracy in HRIS.
• Monitors and recommends improvements for data collection and reporting.
• Provides end user support and coordinates with HR functions.
• Leads complex systems and technology solution implementations when needed.
