Job summary

PNC is seeking an HR System Solution Architect Senior in its HR Information Systems group. Based in multiple U.S. locations, this role leads Workday configuration, drives roadmaps, and partners with leaders to deliver scalable, compliant HRIS solutions.

You will mentor HRIS colleagues, shape release readiness, and collaborate across HR, Payroll, Talent, and other functions to ensure aligned processes and excellent employee experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Expertise in at least one major Workday module (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, HCM Core, Recruiting, Talent, Learning).

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, designs and implements the HRIS platform, providing subject-matter expertise and coaching/leading other analysts.
• Consults on HRIS evaluation and design for the organization and oversees complex activities and projects.
• Leads review of data input, output and reports to ensure data accuracy in the HRIS.
• Recommends solutions to improve data collection and reporting procedures.
• Provides end user support and coordinates with HR functions to ensure effective HRIS support; leads process improvements.
• Recommends and implements more complex systems and technology solutions.
