PNC is seeking an HR System Solution Architect Senior to join the HR Information Systems organization. The role offers in-office work across multiple U.S. locations, including OH, GA, CO, TX, IL, NJ, PA and AL.

You will lead Workday configuration and drive the roadmap, mentoring HRIS colleagues and collaborating with HR, Payroll and Talent teams. Base salary ranges widely with strong benefits. The role emphasizes process improvement, governance, and seamless deployments across environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience required.
• Expertise in at least one major Workday module (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, HCM Core, Recruiting, Talent, Learning).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HRIS platform requirements and implement HRIS solutions.
• Lead end-to-end Workday configuration with focus on high-quality design.
• Conduct functional QA and ensure governance standards are met.
• Guide business partners through Workday releases and adoption.
