PNC is seeking an HR System Solution Architect Senior to lead Workday configuration and serve as the go-to expert across modules. Based in multiple U.S.

locations, you will guide partners, translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions, and drive adoption of new features with a focus on quality and governance. Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Expertise in at least one major Workday module (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, HCM Core, Recruiting, Talent, Learning).
• Strong knowledge of Workday configuration, business processes, reporting and security.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, designs and implements the organization's HRIS platform, including system administration/support and data collection improvements.
• Consults on evaluation, analysis and design of HRIS, overseeing complex activities and projects.
• Leads data input, output and reports review to ensure HRIS data accuracy.
• Recommends and implements complex systems and technology solutions.
• Provides end user support and coordinates with HR functions to ensure HRIS supports HR practices; leads process improvements.
• Mentions and implements more advanced solutions and governance.
