Job summary

Vantive is seeking an experienced HRIS Administrator to manage Workday Payroll and Time Tracking, configure tenants, load data, and build reports in a global HRIS environment. You will partner with HR Ops, HR IT, Payroll and cross-functional teams to continuously improve HR processes and analytics.

The role emphasizes accuracy, governance, and stakeholder communication, with a base salary range of $96,000–$120,000 USD annually and a comprehensive US benefits program.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRIS / HR Operations experience.
• 3-5 years' Workday Payroll & Time Tracking experience.
• Workday Certifications are a plus.
• Understanding of HR operating environments and global processes.
• Data loads and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage system administration for Payroll and Time Tracking features.
• Design, test, and implement new HRIS features and improvements.
• Document technology specifications for configuration.
• Analyze data and report on HR Operations programs impact.
• Partner with global HR, HR IT, Payroll, and cross-functional teams.
• Handle large data sets and prepare data for system uploads.
• Improve efficiency of processes, data structures, and dashboards.
• Support stakeholders in Workday understanding and usage.
• Perform tenant configuration, integrations support, and reporting.
