Job summary

Peoplevisor is seeking a Sr. Workday Consultant to provide expert guidance on Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking. You will lead client engagements, design and configure Workday, and ensure performance and profitability of engagements.

You will manage multiple projects, validate data, and collaborate with clients and partners to deliver high-quality Workday solutions, leveraging IT and HRIS experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Workday functional implementation experience, highly desired.
• Workday HCM and Launch certifications, highly desired.
• 2-5 years Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial software experience, highly preferred.
• Demonstrated functional experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Absence or Time (Time Tracking, Time Entry, Time & Labor, Time & Attendance).
• Project management or team lead experience, required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary/lead consultant on projects regardless of size or strategic importance.
• Design, configure, test, and implement Workday solutions.
• Lead client engagements with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Drive Workday methodology and guide team members to use tools effectively.
• Forecast hours with project managers and provide weekly updates.
