Accurate Background is seeking a Workday HRIS Specialist to optimize Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and reporting. You will partner with HR, Payroll, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data, compliance, and efficient processes.

The role requires 5+ years in HRIS with Workday configuration and strong reporting capabilities. A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and 401k, is offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, business or related field.
• 5+ years HRIS experience with at least 3 years Workday configuration.
• Experience with Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules.
• Experience building Workday reports and dashboards.
• Understanding of Workday architecture and data structures.

Mansioni

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules.
• Support design, testing, deployment, and enhancement of Workday functionality.
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve defects with stakeholders.
• Serve as SME for Payroll and Time Tracking configuration and support.
• Ensure payroll compliance through accurate configuration and audits.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
• Maintain data integrity through audits, validations, and governance.
• Manage EIB uploads and data tables maintenance.
• Support HRIS projects including testing and releases.
• Provide backup for Benefits and Compensation modules.
