Job summary

nVent is seeking a Sr. Workday Analyst to configure and optimize Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking in a hybrid St. Louis Park, MN environment.

You will lead Workday configurations, security, and reporting, partnering with HR and Payroll to translate requirements into scalable solutions. This role demands 5+ years of Workday experience and a global perspective. You will drive Workday improvement projects, coordinate testing with implementation partners, and ensure governance, SOX compliance,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday experience required.
• Hands-on Workday configuration, security, and reporting with focus on Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking.
• Workday Pro certification(s) preferred.
• Experience supporting a global organization in Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking is required.
• Agile experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday business processes, security, organizations, reports and dashboards.
• Develop and implement solutions across Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules.
• Lead Workday improvement projects from requirements to deployment.
• Coordinate testing activities, UAT, and production deployments with partners.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and audit readiness while supporting compliance.
