Job summary

Virtua Health is seeking a technical HR Systems resource to support Recruitment through Payroll, ensuring performance, data integrity and reliable reporting.

The role troubleshoots issues, defines user requirements, and recommends system improvements to drive efficiencies in HR and Payroll. Strong Workday skills and MS Office proficiency are essential, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of technical system experience focusing on performance, data integrity and complex reporting.
• Workday expertise required, including newest technology and product offerings.
• Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and be proactively inquisitive.
• Advanced level experience with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily HR System activities including business process functionality, data validation, content migration, integrations and reporting.
• Create and validate reports; develop dashboards to capture organizational performance for management.
• Identify opportunities to optimize HR Systems and apply new release knowledge to configurations.
• Train HR and Payroll team members on HR system usage and Microsoft applications; document procedures.
• Attend HR System conferences and networks to identify best practices and share findings with HR Leadership.
