Valley Health is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst who will oversee Workday Payroll and Time Tracking configuration, governance, and optimization. You will partner with Payroll, HR, IT and vendors to ensure systems meet organizational goals and drive enterprise-wide HR technology improvements.

You will lead discovery, design scalable solutions, manage testing and change, and develop complex HR reports and dashboards. Strong analytics, PM and mentoring skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 5–8 years HRIS, business systems or HR tech experience.
• Hands-on Workday Payroll and Time Tracking configuration.
• Advanced Workday configuration including security and processes.
• Strong analytics, consulting, PM and data-driven recommendations.

• Lead HRIS strategy, configuration, governance and system health.
