Job summary

Valley Health is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to lead Workday Payroll and Time Tracking configuration, governance, and improvements. You will partner with Payroll, HR, IT and vendors to ensure HR systems meet strategic objectives and data quality standards.

You will drive solutions, run discovery sessions, translate business needs into scalable HRIS configurations, and oversee testing and releases. The role includes mentorship and cross-functional collaboration to optimize HR technology across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, Business, or related field.
• 5–8 years of HRIS, business systems, or HR tech experience.
• Hands-on Workday Payroll & Time Tracking configuration.
• Advanced Workday configuration incl. security, processes, org structure.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS strategy, configuration, governance and improvements.
• Partner with Payroll, HR, IT and vendors to support objectives.
• Design and develop complex HR reports, dashboards and analytics.
• Direct testing, release and change management activities.
• Mentor analysts and lead functional workstreams.
• Ensure data governance, quality and compliance.
